On certain cases we accept instructions on a “No Win No Fee” agreement or a damaged based agreement.  These are agreements with us where you only pay our fees or a percentage of your damages if you win your case.

No Win no fee, damage based agreements and professional funding are normally only viable if your claim is worth £500,000 or more and only when the Defendants is financially solvent.
