Mortimer Court Chambers is a new style chambers which works we are barristers who work directly for the public and private companies. We have extensive experience in company, commercial, property and insolvency litigation and all aspects of law that affect most peoples daily lives or the day to day running of a business.
We are committed to providing the highest quality legal advice from highly qualified and very experienced barristers who believe in promoting Access to Justice and the Rule of Law by making litigation more affordable and accessible to the public and private companies.

Why are we different?
We are barristers offering a full litigation service from start to finish. We advise, draft court documents and correspondence and attend hearings for you. We can show you how to run litigation in a cost effective manner and advise you on alternative ways to fund your case. At Mortimer Court Chambers we are authorised to conduct litigation so you will not need to file & serve documents, make bundles or gather your own evidence. We will do all the work you would normally expect a solicitor to do for you but at a fraction of the cost.

Mortimer Court Chambers Litigation department is based in Soho, London, W1. Come to our offices for a socially distanced meeting if you prefer or arrange to speak to us on the phone or by video.
